On the first of each month, I will begin with a separate entry detailing the necessary equipment and viewing/reading materials you will need for that month.
For the month of January, you will need the following in order to follow along with daily lessons, discussions, and work out routines:
Book: "In Defense of Food" by Michael Pollan
Magazines: Women's Health, Natural Health, Health Magazine, Psychology Today
Movies: The Future of Food (first two weeks of January), King Corn (second two weeks of January)
Workout Equip: I will base my workouts around different equipment I will be using through my gym. I will be using free weights, weight lifting machines, stationary bikes, treadmills, a swimming pool, and extra items through classes (i.e. yoga mat, exercise ball, etc)
